Delivery & Returns



All orders are shipped via N.Z. Couriers Monday – Friday.    Please supply a physical address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Kesteloo aims to dispatch within 1-2 days after receipt of payment. If you have ordered an items(s) that is out of stock, we will advise you immediately.  Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery.

Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.

We would advise you to group all your items as one order, so that you will be charged one lot of freight only.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy applies to an orders within the processing stage that have not been dispatched. You may cancel your order at any time within this time frame, other wise once you have received your order you may request a return.

Returns Policy

Unless we have sent you a product you did not order initially, shipping cost will not be refunded. Kesteloo does not permit the return of or offer refunds if the item has been damaged or use in any way.  Goods returns only valid within 10 business working days.

Please do not send us any items you wish to return to us without consulting us first and obtaining a Return Authorisation Notice Form.  We will not refund or return or accept the return of any item that does not have an accompanying Return Authorisation Notice Form with the product item.

Returns Instructions

Kesteloo recommends that if in the unlikely event that when returning goods you should always:

  1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns.
  2. Enquire with your carrier about the waiting period for activating a tracking search for lost, to ensure that you do not invalidate the terms or refund with us.
  3. Carrier charges for returning products are the responsibility of the purchaser.
